Will it be possible to adjust the drawing?
Yes! We will be able to fix it as many times until you are 100% satisfied with the drawing. However, please try to be as clear as possible in your notes to save us and you time by avoiding additional corrections.
How long is it going to take?
We always aim to have the drawn work with you in just 1-6 days! You can also order a faster delivery during the checkout process, which would allow you to receive the drawing in 1-2 days.
I have a large group of people, can you draw it?

Do pets, vehicles count as extra characters?
Unfortunately, yes, the pups/vehicles also require the skill of the painters.
Can portrait corrections be requested?
Absolutely, but it is the customer's responsibility to include all necessary details in the order notes so that everything is clear to our artists. We will edit your portrait as many times as necessary to make you happy with the final result, but please note that any changes to the final artwork that we have not included in the "Portrait Description" may incur an additional charge.
Can there be more portrait backgrounds?
Really so! We can draw any background! Just tell us your idea and we will make it happen. Just remember that in this case you must choose the background "YOUR SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION"
Can you draw a portrait from one photo?
Of course, but the more photos the better! Just make sure you are clear on how you would like your illustration to be drawn and describe that clearly in the image description. Don't forget that you can upload up to 12 photos!
How to send a portrait?
Your portrait will be digital, so it will be emailed to you. The e-mail address you specified when purchasing the portrait.
What dimensions will my digital illustration be?
Standard size (dimensions) is 4800 x 3600 px. If you want a different size, just let us know in your order description.
Are you simpsons authorized?
We are in no way affiliated with or authorized by The Simpsons, DBZ, Rick & Morty. Neither the entity nor its affiliates are licensed or endorsed by us.
Can I get a refund?
We return the money if the drawing of the portrait was not started or the customer never received the portrait in some way. If the client changes his mind and decides in the middle of creating the work that he no longer wants the portrait, we will not refund the money, because our artists have already started the work. However, if the customer is not satisfied with their illustration, we offer unlimited revisions to the ordered product!
